Napolitano: "The System Worked," but "The System Failed Miserably"

"The system, once the incident had occurred, the system worked." So hey relax, everyone. The system worked perfectly after the bomb failed to get all explodey because of some kind of faulty detonator. The nice thing about Janet Napolitano's choice of words is that the statement probably still would have been true had the Detroit landscape been scattered with 289 dead bodies on Christmas Day. "Once the incident had occurred, the system worked." Yeah, well, "Once the incident had occurred" the system doesn't matter so much, does it?

"Out of context" is the shield behind which many a politico hide after saying something stupid. The scary thing is this time we're not talking about Joe-Biden-level-stupid, we're talking about the safety of any non-radical-Muslim boarding any airplane in the world.

Thankfully we can all rest assured that after any future incidents occur, the Department of Homeland Security will be all over that. Before any future incidents occur, well, America, you're on your own.

Who Did Obama Bow to in Copenhagen?

Any ideas as to who this is?

Avatar - You Can Fly, You Can Fight, You Can CAW CAW CAWWWW !

Not since the invention of pornography itself has a director achieved the level of disparity between the visual experience of an audience and the story itself as James Cameron has accomplished in his latest film Avatar. I would be remiss not to warn you of potential spoilers in the next few paragraphs, but if you have been part of the movie-going public for the past three decades, nothing I can write is capable of spoiling Avatar's altogether predictable story.

Fundamentally, Avatar is Cameron's retelling of the 1991 Robert Williams classic "Hook" with heaping portions of FernGully: The Last Rainforest, Dances With Wolves, and Capitalism: A Love Story thrown in. In Hook-like fashion, Jake Sulley (the only name you will remember from the films long list of forgettable characters) is forced to interact with a seemingly inferior people-group that is facing down an evil, but technologically superior, race. After a beautifully-shot montage, Jake becomes aware that although the blue tree-folk appear to be developmentally delayed with nearly every respect to their society, their hippy-ish qualities are appealing and deserve his protection. Unfortunately for the blue people, the audience could not be more apathetic about their plight; Smurfs garnered more emotional investment from viewers than these people. In Dances With Wolves the audience found itself pulling for the frightening-in-the-first-hour-but-lovable-in-the-second-hour native-Americans; in Avatar, however, the audience did not seem to care who lives or dies as long as the victor promised more awesome 3D action.

Again, borrowing from Hook, Jake-the-outsider challenges the alpha-male of the blue people and becomes the leader of the blue people, although we later discover that Jake has access to some kind of high-explosives or something, so that could have had some influence on his political ascendancy. There is no Tinkerbell character per se, but all of the blue people have glow-in-the-dark features that make them less Tinkerbell and more Black Eyed Pea.

Not Avatar

Much like Rufio, leader of the Lost Boys, the former alpha-male of the blue people (who has a name, but nobody cares what it is) recognizes Jakes true heart and heroically sacrifices himself for the cause. Cameron fails to include inspiring lines like "Looky, look, I've got Hooky" and "You can fly, you can fight, and you can CAW CAW CAW crow." And, yes, Avatar's dialogue would have been improved with lines such as these.

The story surrounding the marketing of this film is that Cameron has had the desire to make Avatar for the past 30 years, but technology is just now capable of allowing him to see his vision attained. I find this hard to believe considering the heavy-handed preaching the audience receives about the current wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. A religious people lives on top of vast amounts of a valuable mineral deposit called "unobtainium" (seriously) and this primarily caucasian military-industrial complex invades their land in order to obtain the "unobtainium." The following phrases are actually used in the film: "shock and awe campaign," "we will fight terror with terror," and the blue people call themselves "martyrs" at one point. With marked efficiency, the military, whose stereotypical leader spends the entirety of the film wanting to blow crap up, achieves a swift victory striking the political heart of the blue people which causes the warring clans of blue people to unite in order to aid the clan who was attacked. Outgunned, the blue people form an insurgency because, as one of them explains "We know these mountains better than they do."

Cameron is not satisfied to simply lecture his audience about the Iraq war; he uses his film as a platform to push his environmentalist and anti-capitalist agendas. The evil capitalists (who, we are told, "destroyed their world" such that in their world "there is no longer any green left" presumably because the evil capitalists so thoroughly raped mother nature back on earth) viciously attack the blue people who appear to function within  some sort of utopian communal monarchy. Cameron's lecture culminates in a scene in which a giant pollution-spewing tree-chomping machine tears through the jungle that is a shot-for-shot remake of the Hexxus from  FernGully: The Last Rainforest.

The most frustrating aspect of the film is dropping $15 to see a movie that incessantly preaches about how evil capitalism is. In this case it is especially maddening because James Cameron's films have earned in excess of $3 BILLION not including Avatar. Yeah. He despises capitalism. Can't you tell?

In the end, Avatar is full of eye candy, but, like candy, the calories are empty. The visuals are the best I have ever witnessed in a film, but the plot, dialogue, and characters are uninspired and yawn-worthy. I would recommend seeing this movie simply because each shot is so beautiful and the 3D effects are superb, but if you decide to see it, make sure you go to the theater because you will be disappointed watching this one at home.

Obama's Approval Rating Only 6 Points Higher Than Tiger Woods'

I never knew sports figures had approval ratings, but they do. And Tiger's approval rating is at 38%. One can only assume Woods still solidly holds the frat-boy vote. But President Obama only fares slightly better with his approval rating at an all-time low of 44% today. My how bad it's gotten for President Obama when the American people almost favor a pretty-boy-turned-adulterer over him.

It just shows that the American people have a poor sense of scale. Tiger Woods only screwed 10 people, but Barack Obama continues to screw 300 million of us.

Additionally, Golf Digest has both of them sharing the cover of their January 2010 issue.

Woot! Tea Party For the Loss!

Rasmussen reports that the Tea Party beats out the GOP in a three-way generic ballot. Read that sentence again. If the Tea Party beats the GOP in a three-way contest, then how does the third element of the three-way contest come out?

You guessed it! The Democrats win again.

"In a three-way Generic Ballot test, the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds Democrats attracting 36% of the vote. The Tea Party candidate picks up 23%, and Republicans finish third at 18%. Another 22% are undecided."

Allow me to say this very clearly: If you like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid running the country, then by all means vote for your Tea Party candidate and we will wallow in another 40 year mire of Democratic control in order to make a political point.

If, on the other hand, you are willing to vote for Republican candidates, we might actually have a chance of protecting this country from those who are running it today. I can hear what you're saying, "They're all the same! Vote them all out! It's time for a third party!"

Look, I get it. The Republicans spent money like drunken frat boys with their first credit cards, but at least we didn't have to wonder if they wanted to see dead terrorists or not. At least we didn't worry about whether the Republicans wanted to keep the country safe. At least we didn't have to worry about the Republicans promoting and funding the killing of the unborn. At least we didn't have to worry that the Republicans were so in love with the likes of Cuba, Colombia, and Venezuela that they were violently shifting our nation in that direction. At least with the Republicans we were not concerned whether or not capitalism would survive another few years. At least with the Republicans we did not have to worry about whether those in power were openly hostile to business and the concept of profits.

I love Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin just as much as any other conservative out there, but their apparent push for a third party will spell a long painful death for the GOP. And before you say, "Good! That's what the party deserves!" Think about what you're saying. The Tea Party movement is not going to be able to compete with an entrenched Democratic party, so in killing the GOP, you breathe even more life into the Democratic party.

Think about this very carefully before you pull the lever next time you're in the voting booth.

Inept: Gibbs Compares Reporter to His Own 6-year-old Son

Gibbs should be happy the public has identified a member of the Obama White House staff who is more inept than he is. Instead, he seems to take the criticism of Desiree Rogers as a personal challenge seeking to secure his superior ineptitude by comparing reporter April Rogers to his child.

Question: Would Gibbs have treated Ryan this way had she been a man? Or white?

Crazy times

The Thanksgiving holiday forced me to take a few days off of blogging and while I was away we had some major developments in current events.

A couple (might have) crashed a White House state dinner.
Obama made a decision on Afghanistan.
Tiger Woods turned out to be kind of a slimeball.

Each of these deserves its own post, but my time is limited again this week. I will try to get something posted in the next few days, but thank you for your patience as real life keeps me busy.

John Kerry's Daughter Arrested for a DUI - AKA Sen. Kerry is Such a Hypocrite

The title alone is bound to get me some hate tweets from the left. You should have seen some of the tweets they sent me when I wondered aloud whether Obama or Roe v. Wade was to blame for George Tiller's murder and when I made the argument that Obama was to blame for the shooting that occurred at the DC Holocaust Memorial. But I'll go ahead and say it anyway.

Alexandra Forbes Kerry, Sen. John Kerry's daughter, was arrested for a DUI last night and this makes John Kerry a hypocrite.

Wait. What? How is John Kerry shown to be a hypocrite when it was his daughter driving under the influence of alcohol? You're just not thinking like a liberal. What could be more hypocritical than a lawmaker's daughter breaking the law?

Before you claim that it's unfair to pin this on John Kerry, remember two words: Bristol Palin. The left claimed that Bristol's pregnancy illustrated hypocrisy on the part of Sarah Palin because Sarah is a proponent of abstinence education and, her unwed daughter got pregnant. If this was enough to earn Sarah Palin the label of "hypocrite," how is a law-maker's daughter becoming a law-breaker any different?

The definition of hypocrisy on the left is skewed anyway. The left has called Carrie Prejean a hypocrite since news leaked that she made a sex erotic tape in the past.

Dan Calabrese (via Hot Air) explains how hypocrisy works on the left using Prejean as an example:

"You and I think hypocrisy is when you say one thing and do another. Prejean upset the likes of Perez Hilton by saying that marriage is between a man and a woman. So what would make her a hypocrite? If she married another woman, of course. (Or if she, say, performed a wedding ceremony between the aforementioned Mr. Hilton and, er, maybe, Jon Gosselin.)

Then she would be a hypocrite as you and I define it. But that’s not the definition that applies here.

The definition that applies here works like this: She is a conservative and a Christian. Conservatives and Christians are judgmental prudes who a) claim to be perfect; and b) judge everyone else for not being perfect. So it doesn’t matter that she never denounced topless photos. It doesn’t matter that she never denounced “sex tapes.” Every prudish, judgmental belief that has ever been imagined by a critic of Christians and conservatives is hereby ascribed to Carrie Prejean. Anything she has ever done in contradiction of these imagined beliefs thereby proves her hypocrisy.

Conclusion: Gay marriage is awesome. And all because TMZ has a video of Carrie Prejean masturbating. It’s good to be alive."

So it doesn't matter what a person does or even if that person did something, you can still accuse them of hypocrisy as long as it is tangentially related to them either by family or through percieve ideological identification.

On both grounds, allow me to go on-record and accuse Senator John Kerry of being a hypocrite in light of his daughter's recent DUI.

Obama Bows AGAIN - Shanghai Edition

What's wrong with this guy? It's like he gets around other world leaders and can't wait to get a better look at their shoes.

This one comes at about the 1:00 mark.

Alternate theory: he's part drinking bird.

Troubleshooting Internet Explorer Errors

I am aware that some users are having difficulty loading the site correctly, but it appears to be limited only to Internet Explorer. I am working on the problem, but it may take some time to track down the issue.

I would suggest that you try Google Chrome or FireFox as an alternative to Internet Explorer, not only for my site, but because they are simply better browsers. Both of them load very quickly and have great features.

I will try to get this problem fixed as soon as I can. Thank you for being patient.

UPDATE: I think I fixed the problem. I have tested it on IE7 and it seems to be working now. It seems the floating "Follow Me" Twitter tab that used to be on the right hand side of the page was causing some error. If you still have problems, contact me via twitter at and I'll keep looking into it.

Silly Government, You Can't be a Totalitarian Regime that Runs Everything Without Big Screens

There goes the one solace I felt with the coming totalitarian regime. In all the movies and books about totalitarianism you have these giant televisions showing the leader's speeches, but I always assumed they would show sports or something up there when the dear leader was finished giving his talks.

Now I see the big screens will be outlawed too.

California is expected to implement energy-conserving regulations any day now that manufacturers and retailers say will in effect ban the sale of big-screen TVs in the state. Other states are likely to follow the Golden State’s “green” initiative in the months ahead.

Suddenly the future looks decidedly more bleak now. Goodbye big screens of the future.

Thanks to George W. Bush Comes from Interesting Places These Days

Eleven months is all it took. Eleven months to see the world in context. Eleven months to see what impact one man can have on the course of a nation. After President Obama's response to the Ft. Hood terrorist attack last week, some are beginning to see that President George W. Bush, flawed though he may be, loves this nation.

Obama has shown little evidence that he does. The first indication of this last week came when Obama gave a shout-out to Joe Medicine Crow before addressing the serious attack on our country.

Times of tragedy crystallize the qualities of a leader. Unfortunately for us, Barack Obama is our leader, so we're pretty much hosed. Now even the Hillary-supporters are starting to see the light.

"We used to make fun of “Dubya” nearly every day…parroting the same comedic bits we heard in our Democrat circles, where Bush is still, to this day, lampooned as a chimp, a bumbling idiot, and a poor, clumsy public speaker.

Oh, how we RAILED against Bush in 2000…and how we RAILED against the surge in support Bush received post-9/11 when he went to Ground Zero and stood there with his bullhorn in the ruins on that hideous day.

We were convinced that ANYONE who was president would have done what Bush did, and would have set that right tone of leadership in the wake of that disaster. President Gore, President Perot, President Nader, you name it. ANYONE, we assumed, would have filled that role perfectly.

Well, we told you before how much the current president, Dr. Utopia, made us realize just how wrong we were about Bush. We shudder to think what Dr. Utopia would have done post-9/11. He would have not gone there with a bullhorn and struck that right tone. More likely than not, he would have been his usual fey, apologetic self and waxed professorially about how evil America is and how justified Muslims are for attacking us, with a sidebar on how good the attacks were because they would humble us."

HillBuzz's comments on Bush regarding 9/11 are well-founded, but he was the president, right? Didn't he have to step up and lead that day? Sure, but read on to see how they compare the current president with the previous president in their responses to the Ft. Hood attack.
"As we will always be grateful for what George and Laura Bush did this week, with no media attention, when they very quietly went to Ft. Hood and met personally with the families of the victims of this terrorist attack.

The Bushes went and met privately with these families for HOURS, hugging them, holding them, comforting them...

We hope someday to be able to thank George W. and Laura in person for all they’ve done, and continue to do. They didn’t have to head to Ft. Hood. That was not their responsibility.

The Obamas should have done that.

But didn’t.

Thank goodness George W. is still on his watch, with wonderful Laura at his side."

The conclusion should be the response of the entire nation.

"We will never look at the Bushes, the Bush presidencies, or their legacies the same again…and someday when his presidential library is built, we will be so proud to visit there and tell anyone will listen about November 10th, 2009, the day we finally appreciated former President George W. Bush and his wife Laura.

Thank you for your service, Mr. President. We’re sorry we didn’t appreciate you while you were in office, but we thank Heaven we’ve wised up and can see the good you are out there doing, under the radar, today."

I have not quoted the whole post here, so please do HillBuzz the honor of reading the whole thing for yourself.

And as a solemn reminder, let's rcall what it was like to have a president who fought for an America that he loved. Note the lack of a teleprompter.

Remembering Reagan - Tear Down This Wall

Obama's video-speech today came with his booming God-like echo. However this is the speech that will echo throughout history.

Twenty years ago today, we still remember the day the wall fell and the man who was instrumental in making it happen.

Chris Matthews Mocked on His Own Show: "You're Making my Leg Tingle"

How embarrassing. You have a guest on your show who goes out of his way to mock you for having what amounts to a high school crush on your favorite politician while you fancy yourself a journalist. Fortunately, since it didn't happen on Fox, almost nobody saw it.

For fun go back and watch how quickly Matthew's smirk disappears when the comment makes its way into his earpiece.

And, in case you missed it, here's the reference.

5 Takeaways from Tuesday's Election-night Party

Last night felt like a birthday party where people brought balloons and streamers from Virginia. Someone brought a cake from New Jersey. It was going great until someone from the 23rd district in New York showed up, but forgot the ice cream. All told, it was a good party. Ice cream would have been nice, but we still had a great night. Here are 5 takeaways from last night's elections. Think of them as party favors.

1. If You Had to Lose One Election, NY-23 Was The Best Choice
With Republicans winning the Virginia gubernatorial election handily and the New Jersey gubernatorial surprisingly, New York's 23rd district going to the Democrat is a minor loss by comparison. We get another shot at the seat next year, and even though the election of two Republican governors does not help the situation in congress at all, it does send a clear message to the country that a shift is happening. Just look at that lovely picture of Virginia. It went for Obama by 6 points last year, but they chose a Republican for governor this year who won by 17 points. Sa-wing!

Obama won New Jersey by a thrashing 14 points last year. This year, it seems, hopenchange has lost it's shine with the Republican Chris Christie winning by a fat 4 points. Get it? Cause he's fat.

2. Early Voting is a Bad Idea
In NY-23 Dede Scozzafava received 7,137 votes. Scozzafava... who dropped out of the race five days earlier... received seven thousand votes. Are people stupid and that uninformed? Yes, but that doesn't account for her numbers. These are probably all early votes and absentee ballots. While there's not much you can do to avoid absentee voting (you might be in the military or otherwise out of state), you don't have to vote early. It's not like off-year elections draw huge lines of people or something. I wonder how many of these voters would have gone with Hoffman, if they were given the chance to amend their ballot. He would need about 75% of them to compete with Owens, but given that Scozzafava was the Republican candidate, that might not be too far off.

In short, you never know what's going to happen in an election, so hold off voting early. What if the candidate you're backing admits to something horrific like a rape or something, You would probably give anything to change your vote. If you voted early, you can't do that. Or what if, say, your candidate drops out of the race at the final hour and a worse candidate wins by just a few votes over a third, more amicable choice. Wouldn't you like to change that vote? This is the lesson for voters from NY-23.

3. Pundits Don't Have a Clue (And Polls Suck)
Polls showed Hoffman up by slim margins in NY-23, and everyone knew New Jersey was going to be close, but would probably go Democrat. Conservative pundits were already speculating on how slim the democratic victory could be that would still allow the GOP to claim a shift in New Jersey. Don't trust the polls. Listen to, but don't follow blindly, the pundits. In the end, the voters will show you the only poll that matters.

4. 2010 Still Looks Like a Democratic Bloodbath
Powerful shifts for the GOP in two Obama states should have all congressional democrats up in 2010 shaking in their collectivist boots. Why? Didn't Democrats pick up a bunch of seats last year? Yes, but this time around there are two factors hurting them.

First, Obama won't be on the ballot. Or more importantly, people won't be breathlessly filling in the straight-ticket vote in order to vote Obama. 2010 will bring out a slightly more informed voter base and that's always bad for Democrats.

Second, people will see through liberal policies and know that they only lead yo debt and despair. $1.4 trillion in debt this year alone with next year only looking to become worse. When you remove pretty-boy Obama from pushing these policies (and instead have stretchy-face Pelosi), the thought of trillions of dollars in debt will hopefully be a powerful reason to vote for the GOP in 2010.

5. The Power of Obama Failed the Democrats
Obama campaigned heavily on behalf of Corzine in New Jersey... and he lost. Obama campaigned for Deeds in Virginia... and he lost. Obama never showed up in NY-23, and the Democrat, Owens, won. Last night wasn't only a referendum against liberal policies, but, perhaps more importantly, it was a strong statement Obama's ability to drag Democrats across the finish line when his name isn't on the ballot. And that's a good thing.

So set your sights on 2010 and set the long-range goal of 2012. Each has its own challenges, but I think 2012 will prove to be a much harder campaign because if there's one thing Obama does well, it's campaign for office. In fact, that's all he ever does.  Enjoy the glow today, but don't let up. We still have work to do.

Don't Forget to Vote on Tuesday!

Tomorrow elections are happening all over the country for local, state, and national positions, so don't forget to vote. If you live in New York's 23rd district, New Jersey, or Virginia, the nation is looking to you to help determine the political landscape as we move into the 2010 election cycle, so get out there and vote!

This is our first chance to chip away at the Democrats' power through the strength of the voting booth. With Scozzofava out of the NY-23 race, Christie surging ahead in New Jersey, and McDonnell almost a shoo-in, tomorrow night could be the beginning of a second Republican Revolution!

Update: One astute reader pointed out that the correct spelling is "shoo-in" not "shoe-in." I have corrected it above and learned a valuable new spelling in the process!

Rasmussen: People Trust the GOP More on Every Issue

Via Rasmussen

Conservatives are fond of saying that this is a "center-right" country. From the looks of these numbers and some of the other numbers on the page I linked to up there, this isn't a "center-right" country. It's almost completely right.

Just look at the results when people are asked about taxes.

Tax Increases Help or Hurt Economy? Help: 19% Hurt: 56%
Tax Cuts Help or Hurt Economy? Help: 57% Hurt: 16%
Increases in Gov't Spending Help or Hurt Economy? Help: 24% Hurt: 55%
Decreases in Gov't Spending Help or Hurt Economy? Help: 49% Hurt: 26%

So why can't the GOP convert some of these sentiments into actual wins in elections?

Here's why: The GOP, for some inexplicable reason, thinks they can win more votes by being more centrist. But look at the numbers. If everyone voted the way they responded to this poll, the GOP should be winning landslides every time they go out.

The problem is not that the country has become more liberal; it's that the Republican party has.

Give the country unabashedly conservative candidates and the Republicans will win elections. Do it not, and Republicans will continue in this death-spiral until the liberals screw everything up so badly that people have no choice but to vote Republican.

Last time we took that approach, Democrats controlled the house for 40 years. Are we really ready to go down that road again?

Holy Cow: White House Emails MSNBC On Air to Correct a Story

(Via Gateway Pundit)
I wonder if the subject line simply read "propaganda."

Beck has had a red phone manned by a guy in a Mao outfit for several days now and not a peep from the White House. One can only assume that since they do contact news organizations to correct errors, the White House's silence on Glenn Beck's phone constitutes agreement with what he's saying each night.

Newest ACORN Video: Philadelphia

"You're going to the World Series! Now what are you going to do?"

"Support an underage international prostitution ring via a nationally-known community organizer group!"

In other words, BigGovernment strikes again. This time Philly is the target, but the video also targets the media who spoke out against the filmmakers.

Note: "We muted the audio of the ACORN employees on the video released today due to ACORN’s legal attack upon us. We call upon ACORN to state publicly now that it has no objection to the public release of any its employees oral statements to us. If they are interested in the truth, why wouldn’t they do so?"

Another Obama Czar Praises Mao

We already know Anita Dunn loves Mao like she loves Mother Theresa. Now another Obama czar, Ron Bloom, the Manufacturing Czar, claims he also likes Mao.

Bloom ups the ante though by suggesting that violence is a means to political power.

So the man responsible for the death of 60 million people's suggestion to use violence to gain power was "kind of right."

Doesn't that give you confidence in this administration who loves nothing more than to gain power, has access to the biggest guns in the world, and has publicly stated the desire to establish a domestic security force that is as well-funded as the military?

Power at the end of a gun indeed.

Obama Crowd Boos Gov. Jindal. Obama's Response is Classy

Credit given where credit is due. When the crowd of Obama supporters begin booing at the mention of Gov. Bobby Jindal, President Obama's response is very classy.

My response would have been something along the lines of, "Seriously? You're booing Jindal? He's led Louisiana from being a national joke and a breeding ground for institutional corruption into a state that the rest of the nation could learn from. I'm looking at you, California."

And that's also why I'm not a politician.

The Final Destination of Obamacare. Good News! It's Extremely Funny!

"I got a triple fracture of the right leg, a dislocated collar bone, and multiple head injuries, so I do most of the heavy work, like helping the surgeon."

"What does that involve?"

"Well, at the moment we're building him a holiday home."

Anita Dunn's Favorite Political Philosopher: Mao Tse Tung

You remember Anita Dunn. The woman who complained on CNN for 9 minutes about FOX.

She might have a point. Mao killed 70 million people. What have you accomplished with your life? That's what I thought.

Racist George Soros Part of Rams Bid? Hello NFL! Are You Listening?

This morning Rush Limbaugh confirmed that he is no longer part of the group that is bidding on the Rams. No longer being under the confidentiality agreement, he went on to describe the events that led to him become part of the group in the first place. But the significant part of the story came where he described how the group lost its majority party (it wasn't Rush), and that the story leaked when the new majority member joined the group.

Rush speculated on the air that the new majority member may be liberal billionaire George Soros. The story graces the site as well..

This makes sense.
Soros lost a bid to purchase the Italian football (soccer)team, A.S. Roma in May 2008.
In 2003, Soros and Dave Checkletts failed in a bid to purchase the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Let's assume that Soros is a member of the group bidding to purchase the Rams. Doesn't Soros deserve the same scrutiny that Rush did?

Soros was a Nazi Collaborator
George Soros Interview On 60 Minutes

When the Nazis occupied Budapest in 1944, George Soros' father was a successful lawyer. He lived on an island in the Danube and liked to commute to work in a rowboat. But knowing there were problems ahead for the Jews, he decided to split his family up. He bought them forged papers and he bribed a government official to take 14-year-old George Soros in and swear that he was his Christian godson. But survival carried a heavy price tag. While hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews were being shipped off to the death camps, George Soros accompanied his phony godfather on his appointed rounds, confiscating property from the Jews.

(Vintage footage of women and men with bags over their shoulders walking; crowd by a train)

KROFT: (Voiceover) You're a Hungarian Jew…

Mr. SOROS: (Voiceover) Mm-hmm.

KROFT: (Voiceover) …who escaped the Holocaust…

(Vintage footage of women walking by train)

Mr. SOROS: (Voiceover) Mm-hmm.

(Vintage footage of people getting on train)

KROFT: (Voiceover) …by–by posing as a Christian.

Mr. SOROS: (Voiceover) Right.

(Vintage footage of women helping each other get on train; train door closing with people in boxcar)

KROFT: (Voiceover) And you watched lots of people get shipped off to the death camps.

Mr. SOROS: Right. I was 14 years old. And I would say that that's when my character was made.

KROFT: In what way?

Mr. SOROS: That one should think ahead. One should understand and–and anticipate events and when–when one is threatened. It was a tremendous threat of evil. I mean, it was a–a very personal experience of evil.

KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson.

Mr. SOROS: Yes. Yes.

KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews.

Mr. SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.

KROFT: I mean, that's–that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?

Mr. SOROS: Not–not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don't–you don't see the connection. But it was–it created no–no problem at all.

KROFT: No feeling of guilt?

Mr. SOROS: No.

KROFT: For example that, 'I'm Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.' None of that?

Mr. SOROS: Well, of course I c–I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was–well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in markets–that if I weren't there–of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would–would–would be taking it away anyhow. And it was the–whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away. So the–I had no role in taking away that property. So I had no sense of guilt.
Soros gleefully admitted to profiting due to the economic collapse

Soros supports La Raza (Spanish for The Race), a racist activist group.

Which means that money can easily be siphoned off to groups such as the National Council of La Raza and the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. The latter has been heavily funded by George Soros, the mega-wealthy mogul behind many liberal causes.

I'm sure I could find more on Soros, but this is what Google found after a five minute search. Now I'll just sit back and wait for the NFL to determine that Soros is too divisive to be an owner.

Change: Obama Lost More Jobs Since Election than Bush Did in Eight Years

This chart shows the monthly unemployment percentages since 1999 from Bill Parson's
2010 campaign website

Let's compare the unemployment rate at the time of Bush's election with the unemployment rate when Obama was elected.

November 2000 - 3.9%
November 2008 - 6.8%
Total percentage lost - 2.9%

From the election of George W. Bush until the election of Barack Obama the unemployment rate rose 2.9%. (Bush wasn't actually declared the winner of the 2000 election until December of 2000, but the rate was the same for December, too.)

Now look at Obama's record from his election to the present. The chart is a bit outdated as it does not show September's unemployment rate of 9.8%.

November 2008 - 6.8%
September 2009 - 9.8%
Total percentage lost - 3.0%

What this means is that in the 11 months since Obama's election, he has lost more jobs for America than Bush did in the eight years of his presidency. Bush saw the unemployment rate rise by 2.9% over eight years while Barack Obama saw the unemployment rate rise by 3.0% in merely 11 months.

Change indeed.

The Other (More Deserving) Nobel Prize Nominees

If Barack Obama won the Nobel Prize after being nominated less than two weeks, some have wondered whether the field was just really weak this time around. I'm afraid not. Obama's win is similar to the scandalous win by Al Gore over Irena Sendler.

This list comes from The Weekly Standard.

Sima Samar
In 1984 communists arrested Sima's husband, so she fled Afghanistan with her son. In 1989 Sima Samar established an organization called the Shuhada Organization for women who were refugees from Afghanistan. The Shuhada provided health care and education for women suffering under the soviet occupation of Afghanistan. In 2002 Sima returned to Afghanistan to become the Minister of Women's Affairs in the post-Taliban Afghanistan. After numerous death threats and other political hardships, Samar stepped down from her cabinet position to assume the role as chair of the Independent Afghanistan Human Rights Commission.

Ingrid Betancourt
You might not remember her name, but you likely remember the story. Betancourt had been held for six years as a hostage by Colombian guerrillas when the Colombian government sent a helicopter to where the hostages were being held. Masquerading as fellow rebels, the government officials convinced the rebels that the hostages were to be moved to another rebel hideout. Within half and hour the hostages, including Betancourt, were on the helicopter and were free. Betancourt had been a presidential candidate at the time of her capture and she was an outspoken activist working against corruption the Colombian government.

Denis Mukwege

Dr. Mukwege founded the Panzi Hospital in Congo where his primary role is treating the women and girls who have been victims of gang rape. According to his Wikipedia page, "He has treated 21,000 women during the Congo's 12-year war, some of them more than once, performing up to 10 surgeries a day during his 18-hour working days." Dr. Mukwege won the United Nations Human Rights prize in 2008.

Handicap International and Cluster Munition Coalition - These organizations are involved in any number of humanitarian causes, but the primary focus of their Nobel nomination was for their work to clean up land mines left over from wars. The mines obviously pose a hazard for people who live in the places where they are planted. Many people have lost limbs or their lives to the hidden bombs from wars that ended years earlier.

Hu Jia - He is a Chinese activist who has regularly spoken out against injustices taking place in Communist China. Has has been imprisoned on numerous occasions and is currently serving a three and a half year sentence for "inciting subversion of state power." Reports from with the prison state he is suffering from malnutrition and poor medical care. He is known for using the internet to leverage foreign governments to action in the cause of human rights efforts in China. Last year his wife and daughter "disappeared" the day before the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Summer Olympic Games. She had been vocally opposed to the games because of China's record on human rights.

Wei Jinsheng - Jinsheng has been a political pawn in Chinese foreign relations for three decades. He was imprisoned in 1973 for speaking out against the communist system in China, but was released in order to gain favor with the International Olympic Committee in 1993. When China lost the bid to Sydney, Wei was recaptured and imprisoned. He was released again in 1997 and deported to the United States. Many of his published writings were smuggled from prison after he wrote the works on scraps of toilet paper. Internationally, he has been called the "Nelson Mandela of China" and the "Father of Chinese Democracy."

If only these people had known that the path to a Nobel Prize was paved with pretty speeches and lofty idealism, they could have sat in their comfy Chicago homes while their book royalties rolled in and then played Senator for a few months before becoming the President of the United States.

Helping the poor and disabled is for chumps. They should have been eating $100 per pound Wagyu steak and having celebrities over for dinner. That's how you bring peace to the world.

DNC: Criticize Obama's Peace Prize and You Side With the Terrorists

Are you skeptical as to whether Obama's nine months as president qualifies him for the Nobel Peace Prize? Then according to the DNC you're siding with the terrorists.

"The Republican Party has thrown in its lot with the terrorists - the Taliban and Hamas this morning - in criticizing the President for receiving the Nobel Peace prize," DNC communications director Brad Woodhouse told POLITICO. "Republicans cheered when America failed to land the Olympics and now they are criticizing the President of the United States for receiving the Nobel Peace prize - an award he did not seek but that is nonetheless an honor in which every American can take great pride - unless of course you are the Republican Party.
Yes, if you oppose giving the do-nothing president the same prize afforded to terrorist Yasser Arafat, then you're the one who is siding with the terrorists.

Snopes Has Yet to Confirm. Obama's Nobel Win May Still Be a Hoax

I had to rub my eyes when I read the news this morning. Surely it was a joke. I checked the URL three times to make sure I wasn't reading the Onion. Then I quickly shot off a Google search to corroborate the story. Snopes is still silent on the issue, so it could be the best hoax ever, but I'm afraid it's true.

Barack Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

Say it together now: "W. T. F."

As Erick Erickson tweeted: Obama is becoming Jimmy Carter faster than Jimmy Carter became Jimmy Carter.

Sadly, This is Not a Joke

Obama has this painting hanging in the White House.

Question: Is this the flow chart he's using to plot the course in Afghanistan?

CNN "Journalist" Flabbergasted "Chicago is out?"

How... could... this... happen?

Side note: I'm not sure how appropriate it is to say "Madrid is in? Tokyo is in?" in that disparaging tone. It might make them hate America.

Let me put this through my Maureen Dowd translation machine:
"Madrid is in? Tokyo is in? How did those backwards foreigners beat us out?"

Hey Rep. Grayson, Run Along While the Grown-ups Talk Politics

One week ago you probably would have thought "Rep. Who?" but today you recognize Alan Grayson's name as "that guy from the video saying Republicans want you to die." That was the whole point though. Rep. Grayson saw a chance to get invited to some morning talk shows and maybe mentioned on some blogs; all he had to do is waste time on the House floor with his little stand-up routine.

How cute. Next he went on said morning shows and continued in his iron-clad health care argument of "Republicans are dumb." (Seriously, when will liberals come up with something new?) Warning: Full-frontal James Carville at 3:16.

Let's assume his fictitious  44,000 people die each year "due to lack of health care" is accurate. He then explains that number saying "that's over 4,000 people almost every month." Do the math 44,000 divided by 12 is 3,666.6. That's not "over 4,000 people almost every month" (whatever that even means) in fact, it's under 4,000 every month. Don't blame Grayson for his poor math skills though because it's the Republicans who are the dumb "neanderthals", right?

Before you start saying "one death is too many" remember that there is a federal law that requires emergency rooms to treat anyone who comes in their door.

To be fair, Wolf "lowest score on Jeopardy" Blitzer does attempt to call Grayson down when he resorts to simple name-calling instead of debating the facts.

Congressman Grayson, why don't you run on home to Disney World while the grown-ups talk politics because you're not adding anything to this dialogue as it is.

Correction: I misquoted Rep. Grayson in critiquing his math skills. I originally quoted his figure as 47,000 people who die each year due to lack of health coverage, but he actually said 44,000 people. As it turns out this makes his math even worse. It has been corrected in the body to reflect the numbers he cited.

Video: Inside the Cult of Obama

When liberals try to do religion they inevitably screw it up. I don't remember this one in the prayer book.

They should stick with what they know:
1) defending child rapists
2) killing the unborn
3) associating with anarchists

Flowchart: How To Keep You Doctor Under the Democrats' Health Plan

The Republicans in the senate released this easy-to-follow flow chart to explain how to keep your doctor under ObamaCare. It's really quite simple. The only way you keep your doctor is if you take him hostage and force him to treat you for food. Explain to him that he's either your hostage or that of the government, and he'll be sure to come around.

The image doesn't really do it justice. You need to check out the PDF of this baby and try to follow it.

Left-Wing Violence Reaches Boiling Point at G20

Yesterday a group of anti-capitalists joined forces to protest the G-20 summit in Pittsburgh, PA. The police broke them up because, here's a shock for you, the anarchists didn't have a permit! Well, the AP calls this "a group of anarchists," but we know who this really is and I think I can prove it. Just to get a feel for how this group approaches the art of protest, here's a description from the AP.

Protesters split into smaller groups. Some rolled large metal trash bins toward police, and a man in a black hooded sweat shirt threw rocks at a police car, breaking the front windshield. Protesters broke 10 windows in a few businesses, including a bank branch, a Boston Market restaurant and a BMW dealership, police said.
The AP concludes that the group is a collection of anarchists because they were holding anarchy symbols. However, if you saw a group of people holding signs that said, "No borders. No banks," "No Hope in Capitalism," and "Kick capitalism while it's down!" wouldn't you think this was either the Michael Moore fan club or a gathering from your local young Democrats club?

And who do we find at the protest?

Billy Talen - Where to start? I'll let his wiki page explain it to you if you're interested. If you want the twitter description: "A questionably insane liberal activist who uses often illegal public disturbances to get his message across."

T.J. Amick - This guy might actually be an anarchist. His facebook page says he like sour gummy bears, Adam Sandler, and he has the Ramen Noodles app installed. I think he showed up at the protest because he heard there was a 60% chance of weed.

The National Lawyers Guild - The article describes them as "a liberal legal-aid group," so I'm thinking they're probably not anarchists.

Stephon Boatwright - According to his Facebook page he is a fan of "The Socialist Party USA" (AKA unlikely an "anarchist"). I dare you to look at their website. Aside from the terrible layout and overuse of red, it could easily double as a website for a Democrat PAC. In case you were wondering, they do favor universal health care, which seems to be the opposite of anarchy, right?

So the tally at the end of the day is one socialist, one crazy person (counts as a liberal), one liberal legal defense group, and one normal-sounding dude (possibly an anarchist.)

So you're probably wondering how I could see this protest as a group of leftist radicals. You see, liberals are often found at events like this because they can rarely tell the difference between anarchy, socialism, and their own positions because the liberal position falls somewhere in the middle of socialism and anarchy.

Remember Amanda Duzak from just a few weeks ago? She's the environmental activist who challenged Michael Steele in order to promote universal medicine. Then her MySpace page had a picture of her holding an anarchy symbol at a protest.

The mind of a liberal is a sad and confused place.

Ed Shultz Loses Has Mind on MSNBC

To be fair, Ed's show is on MSNBC so fortunately for him nobody saw him go nuts.

Ed must be afraid his current insurance will not cover his ever-increasingly clogged arteries to cause him to say this:
"The Republicans lie! They want to see you dead! They’d rather make money off your dead corpse! They kinda like it when that woman has cancer and they don’t have anything for her…My God, Democrats, what’s wrong with you?! You can’t deal with these people, at all!"

A few weeks ago I was talking with a friend from Boston. (Don't tell anyone, but he's a conservative.) Anyway I asked him if the liberals up there really believe that conservatives oppose socialized medicine because they really believe we want people to die. Without an ounce of sarcasm, he replied, "Yes."

These are some messed-up times we're living in.

I invite any liberal to sit down over coffee with a conservative (we'll buy considering your lack of employment) and learn why conservatives believe what they believe.

Hint: it's not because we want poor people to die. Nothing could be further from the truth!

We want everyone to die equally.

First Lawsuit in ACORN Scandal Filed... Against the Filmmakers?

Via Politico
"ACORN filed suit today in Maryland against conservative filmmakers James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles and conservative Web site for secretly taping the organization’s employees at its Baltimore office.

In the complaint, ACORN alleges that the filmmakers entered into the organization’s offices in July with a “hidden camera and microphone” and taped employees Tonja Thompson and Shera Williams. Both employees are listed as plaintiffs on the complaint, filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

ACORN is seeking $500,000 for each employee and $1 million for the organization in damages."
The House and Senate have both voted to defund ACORN. The census has severed ties with ACORN over the scandal. Today the IRS cut ties with ACORN. And ACORN itself fired the workers named in the lawsuit when the videos were released.

Of course the first lawsuit filed in the case should be against those who exposed the money-launderers/sex-slave traders/extortionists/child abusers/tax-frauds.

Warning: "Tenthers" Abound

Along with "truthers" and "birthers" the newest fringe group to surface is the "tenthers."  This extremist group is easily associated with those who think the US Government arranged or allowed the murder of 3,000 Americans and those who believe Obama is not a natural-born citizen.

In fact, the only group that might be crazier than the "tenthers" might be the lunar landing hoax conspiracy theorists.

What is the conspiracy theory proposed by the "tenthers," you ask?

They are under the impression that an elite group of white men met in secret and put together secret government documents that limited the power of the federal government. They also believe this same group was instrumental in the development of state governments which hold the power not given to the federal government in these secret documents. Some of the conspiracy-minded websites even claim to have images of these secret documents along with the signatures of those white male elites on the actual documents.

The tenthers claim there is a "tenth amendment" in that document up there, but I don't see how anyone can read that faded old document. It could say anything! But those crazy tenthers believe in this stuff.

How sad.

Want to know more about "tentherism?" American Prospect has all the information any good supporter of the motherland would ever need.

Even Obama Thought "Yes we can" Was a Stupid Slogan

The drone-like chant echoed throughout the 2008 election season. "Yes we can. Yes we can. Yes we can." But the chant of the zobamabies was not Barack's idea. In fact, he hated the slogan.
Obama felt the catch phrase was "childish" and "corny," and even asked his staff to find something else - until his wife, Michelle, convinced him otherwise.

So it got me thinking about what some of the rejected slogans might have been.

"If Michelle ain't happy, ain't nobody happy."

"Peace, Land and Bread."

"Don't do it for me; do it for my girls, Sasha, Malia, and Maya."

"It's not communism; it's obamunism, baby!"

"Workers of the world, unite!" - (This was thrown out due to the overwhelming majority of Obama supporters being unemployed welfare recipients, college students, and pot-smokers.)

"What are you? Some kind of racist? Vote Obama!"

Do you have some others that were rejected? Share them in the comments below!

Video: Obama in 2007: Health Care Reform Will Rquire Tax Hikes

"We should push people on the idea of paying higher taxes."

Be sure to watch the whole video, otherwise you'll miss where he explains how the government can save money by delaying payments to doctors or by paying doctors less for their services.

So we can raise taxes, refuse to pay doctors or both.

Considering Obama's projected $9 trillion deficits, the smart money is on "both."

Steele Takes Race-baiting Liberals to Task

Republican Chairman Michael Steele answers the recent narrative that has broken forth from the liberal elites: "Conservatives are racists." We all know this is not a new narrative, but what is new is its coordination (or the reflection of the strength of the group-think created by the liberal echo chamber.) From former presidents to congressmen, to editorial writers for the New York Times, the conservatives-are-racist talk has become the sound bite du jour.

The only thing that's missing from this who discussion is a sound bite of Kanye West proclaiming that "Michael Steele hates black people."

(h/t: Radio Vice Online and Ace)

NPR: "Don't Blame ACORN's Workers. They're Just Poor Dumb Minorities From the Inner City"

Earlier I questioned how ACORN might spin the latest release of the video from their San Diego office. I forgot that they could just claim Juan Carlos is too dumb to understand that this is not a proper course of action. After all, he's only a minority. Oh wait Frank James at NPR already used that argument for them. Seriously.

"It's also important to keep in mind that ACORN's workers are coming from the same low-income neighborhoods the organization serves, with all that entails -- poor schools, high crime and the sorts of social problems that have been documented for decades.

So the flaws conservatives are pointing out about ACORN are not so much problems associated with that organization per se but more about the problems of being poor and minority in urban America."

So keep this in mind as you watch these videos in which poor minorities try to keep up with the evil white people. At least that's how the left has chosen to frame this.

And they have the nerve to call conservatives racist?

San Diego ACORN Video

This is now the fifth city to have ACORN offices where nobody seems all that concerned about importing some underage girls from El Salvador to be used as prostitutes in the States. In fact, this time Juan Carlos actually offers to help in the importation of this human cargo suggesting they come in through Tijuana because he "has contacts there."

How might ACORN try to spin this? "Oh he means he has prescription contact LENSES there in Tijuana that he needs to pick up. Silly conservatives."

Update: I forgot to include a link to the source of these videos. Check out

Preview of Video 5 - San Diego ACORN Propositions the Undercover Prostitute this Time!

This is only a bit of the video from San Diego. was supposed to have it posted an hour ago, but here's a taste. When BigGovernment gets it posted, I'll link it.

It's only about a minute long, but in the last 12 seconds we have what could be considered a propositioning of services, although the dude quickly denies that's the case. Riiiight.

San Bernadino ACORN Office Part 3 - Set Up the Prostitution Ring as a Charity!

These are two videos released from Be sure to watch the end of the second one where on top of everything else Tresa Kaelke claims she is willing to perjure herself.

By my count, this is the second time someone has suggested setting up the international underage sex brothel as a 501(c)(3) and calling it a school. Just so everyone understands 501(c)(3) is the tax code under which schools, charitable organizations, and churches operate which allows them to have tax-exempt status.

The suggestion may be understood as a form of legitimization or a front for the actual acts that are taking place within the house where the underage prostitution would be taking place. But compounded with that is the willful engagement in tax fraud through the use of the 501(c)(3) which would allow not only certain expenses by the group to be made tax-free, but would also open the possibility of tax-deductible contributions.

Update: It looks like they're releasing another video tonight at 9:00 EST. Rumor has it this one is from San Diego. Wow. Every single day is just... wow.

More Video from ACORN in San Bernadino. PLUS! Imaginary ACORN Job Interview!

Once again from

This video should be titled "How to Run a Sustainable Prostitution Business"

I'm trying to imagine the interview process to work for ACORN.
"Have you ever killed anyone?"

"Well, only my husband, but he had it coming to him."

"Okay. Okay. Who are your heroes?"

"Heidi Fleiss comes to mind. What a business model, am I right?"

"Hmm... Have you ever avoided paying taxes either for yourself or others?"

"I've never paid a dime because I know the tin-can-covered-by-grass-and-snow trick."

"One final question. This job may require some travel and time with kids. How do you feel about El Salvador and 13 year old girls?"

"I'm cool with that."

"Can you start on Monday?"

Breaking: ACORN Suspends Operations

ACORN announced a suspension of operations today after the release of four damaging videos that have been released. ACORN claims that it will no longer advise new clients while it performs an internal audit of procedures.

On the one hand this is a huge win for Andrew Breitbart, Fox News, and the citizen-journalists who produced these videos. On the other hand, it is nothing permanent and will likely create no permanent changes to the organization.

You cannot trust the criminals to audit themselves. Like Michael Corleone, the leaders of ACORN are publicly taking the baptismal vows denying Satan and all his works while their organization continues to operate illicit schemes.

This type of corruption requires a congressional investigation and legal action. We must know which politicians are tied in with ACORN. How does the money move through the organization? How is ACORN connected with SEIU? What other illicit activities are tax payers funding through this organization?

Flowchart: Understanding the Liberal Mind

I created this flow chart to help you understand how your liberal friends reach the conclusions they do when faced with major news stories. I hope it helps, if just a bit.

A Great Picture from the 9-12 Rally in Washington

Thanks to for bringing us this.

"Mr.Pinko has obtained an exclusive from the Photographer Michael A. Beck and Pinko sat on this image for days before just now getting the green light to publish.
This is a RARE photo of the 9/12 Rally taken in extreme High Resolution from atop the Capitol Building. Mr. [Michael] Beck was personally escorted to this rare vantage point by a congressman who will remain anonymous. This panoramic view offers the viewer documentation of the epic scale of this peaceful demonstration of democracy in action."

Click for the full sized photo.

ACORN Worker: "I was just joking about killing my husband, beating underage prostitutes, covering up international sex rings, and laundering money."

The ACORN worker in the video released yesterday, Theresa Kaelke (better known as Tresa M Parten or Tresa Berhow)now claims that she was just playing along with the gag.

I'm sure "I was only kidding" is going to hold up in court.

From the San Bernadino County Sun:
"The woman, identified on the video as Tresa Kaelke, appears on posted footage to be interested in cooperating the plan. However, California ACORN head organizer Amy Schur said the video is a gross misrepresentation of what actually happened.

'In this video, there are two actors who come into our office and who were messing with us. And our employee was messing with them,' Schur said.

She said that the complete and unedited video needs to be released to the public.

Schur said that in a moment not shown on the edited video, Kaelke asked the undercover 'pimp' if he was joking and then proceeded to play along with the joke."

As I see it, several problems exist with Ms. Schur's explanation

1) If Kaelke was "just messing with" the "actors," that would imply that she knew they were actors. There is little indication that she knew they were not completely serious about carrying out the plans they described. The only possible indication is that she didn't call the cops, but her affiliation with ACORN and the reactions of the workers in the previous videos make this shaky evidence at best.

2) From the video I've seen there is no hint of sarcasm in her voice when she describes the horrific plans to cover up the international sex ring and funnel money to a political campaign. Besides is there anything funnier than beating up little girls and using them for sex. I mean to people other than David Letterman?

3) Schur claims that Kaelke asked if the "pimp" and "prostitute" were joking "then proceeded to play along with the joke." When she asked if they were joking, one can assume that they said "no" considering saying "yes" would blow the whole undercover thing pretty quickly. So when they said "no" why would she continue to play along with a joke that wasn't a joke to her knowledge?

4) Amy Schur demands that a full length video be released claiming that this is a product of careful editing. Well she has her wish. FOX posted the full video on their website yesterday.

ACORN is scrounging to get away from this story, but it keeps nailing them at every turn. Each day has brought a little bit more to light.

ACORN Video Number Four; This One Drops a Train on ACORN and Several Government Officials

I promise you will watch this video with your mouth agape from start to finish. We've almost gotten used to ACORN condoning tax fraud, prostitution, money laundering, illegal immigration, and underage sex rings.

Now they throw murder and threats of violence into the mix.

Don't miss the part where the ACORN worker lists people whose names you probably recognize.

The ACORN worker connects these names with corruption having obtained their finances from "bootlegging and prostitution."
President Barack Obama
The Kennedy's (No surprise here. Teddy served 4 decades after he killed a girl." And Joseph Kennedy was a known bootlegger who used his political power to make millions of dollars in whiskey trade as prohibition ended and the Kennedy family still receives a portion of the duty levied on Scotch imports.

Who are these people who she claims she speaks with "every day?"
Gloria Negrete McLeod, 32nd District
She mentions the name "Torres." Could this be Norma J. Torres of the 61st District?
Wilmer Amina Carter, Assemblywoman, 62nd District
Rep. Joe Baca, 43rd District (D-CA)
Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA)

Yet Another ACORN Video Will be Released Later Today

According to Glenn Beck this morning and Ed Morrissey at yet another video will be released via at 4:00 pm today. I'll post a link once the video is available online.

From Ed Morrissey:
"Big Government plans to release another video this afternoon at 4 pm ET, apparently taken at an ACORN office in Southern California. According to Twitter chatter, this one has some politicians named, as well as a surprising admission from the ACORN staffer on tape."

Ed says "Southern California" but, the actual location of this video is specifically San Bernadino, California.

This makes four videos in as many work days. How deep does this rabbit hole go? Perhaps the better question is how high does it reach? Congress? The White House?

I'm sure they'd be happy to hear from you if you have any questions.

Holy $%@& Video of ANOTHER ACORN Office

They've already shown the depraved nature and illegal activities at ACORN offices in Baltimore and Washington, DC. This time they're in New York.

How many offices do they have to visit before it becomes undeniably systemic? Andrew Breitbart might have the answer but the rest of us just have to wait and see.

All I know is that I heard Hanna (the person playing the prostitute) in an interview say she spent all of her savings making these. So the question is how many cities does a 20-year-old have to visit in order to exhaust her life savings? Breitbart probably knows the answer to that too.
